Before I started working with Cindi, I really didn't know what to eat after being diagnosed with diabetes. It was very overwhelming and I just felt lost. I also didn't know how to read food labels, to help me pick better food to eat. What drew me to Cindi was her expertise in this area. She took me shopping and showed me how to read labels, and also helped me sort through all the food to find the food that I can eat. Because of her help, I can now shop without worrying what to buy and I know exactly what to eat. My blood glucose numbers have stayed down over the past 7 years, thanks to Cindi!
