The next pillar is NOURISH. Here, we learn to stock your house with the right, nourishing foods, and assess what you already have. I provide simple food swaps to prevent the feeling of being overwhelmed, especially when you start making changes to your shopping habits. I aim to equip you with immediate tools, so there's no need to wait until the end of your transformation before you can begin to shop differently.

3. RESTORE

Following that is RESTORE. In this pillar, it's about learning to replenish yourself. Life depletes us, and it's common for my clients to underestimate the impact of stress. Many have unknowingly raised their stress baseline. You will learn strategies to restore your well-being to a healthier level.
