28+ years in holistic and functional health have taught me this: Most menopause advice is outdated, misleading, or just plain wrong.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

IT ALL BEGAN IN 1996

Coaching Became My Passion

My health journey began 28+ years ago with gestational diabetes during both of my pregnancies. That personal challenge sparked a deep passion for understanding the impact of nutrition on metabolic health.

In 2001, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Hypothyroidism—and I became even more determined to use nutrition as a path to healing.

Over time, I became more aware of the hidden sugars and unhealthy ingredients in everyday foods. That realization led me to overhaul our family’s eating, from store-bought to homemade.

And it worked.

I saw firsthand how simple, nourishing changes could transform our energy, health, and quality of life—and I wanted to help others do the same.

AND THEN I DECIDED TO DO THIS…

In 2013, I earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, focusing on food safety and the U.S. food system. This deepened my passion for healthy, functional nutrition.

In 2017, my husband was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. That personal wake-up call inspired me to pursue health coaching and mentorship full-time.

Nutrition has become my life’s passion—and I feel deeply called to share it.

Even though I’m 100% introverted, I can’t stop talking about how real food and personalized support can change lives.

With my background as a teacher and coach, I love helping others understand health on a deeper level—and giving them the tools to take action.

This passion led me to create my business—where I help women 40+ create sustainable habits and activate their full health potential.
