Meet Your Host
I’m Cindi Stickle — Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Menopause Specialist. I help women understand what their bodies actually need in perimenopause and menopause, especially when the usual advice stops working and nothing seems to make sense anymore.
I spent years doing everything right — strength training, clean eating, dialed-in nutrition — and my body barely responded. I was postmenopausal, dealing with Hashimoto’s, and frustrated, just like many of the women I work with.
In January 2026, I added a GLP-1 as part of a multi-pronged functional approach, with the nutritional foundation already in place. My blood glucose dropped within a week. Six pounds in three weeks. Thirteen pounds in 11 weeks.
Not because I pushed harder. Because I finally gave my body what it actually needed.
That’s what this workshop is about.
