Is the GLP-1 Nutrition Foundation Group Program Right for You?

I want to have a straight conversation with you.

Not a pitch. Not hype. Just an honest look at what the GLP-1 Nutrition Foundation is, who it's built for, and whether it makes sense for where you are right now.

The Medication Is Only Part of the Equation

Over the last few weeks I've been talking about what happens to your body on a GLP-1 without nutrition support — how blood sugar works differently in perimenopause, why GLP-1 hits differently in a midlife body, and why so many women stall or feel worse even as the scale moves.

If you've been following along, you've probably landed on one thing:

What you eat — specifically how you eat to support a GLP-1 in a perimenopausal or menopausal body — determines how far that medication actually takes you.

That's what this program is built around.

What the GLP-1 Nutrition Foundation Is

The GLP-1 Nutrition Foundation is a six-week live group coaching program.

One 60-minute call per week on Zoom. Replays within 24 hours. A private Facebook group for support between calls. A program workbook. Email support throughout.

The whole program is built around what I call the FUEL Method — the four-part nutrition approach I designed specifically for women on GLP-1s in perimenopause and menopause.

Here's what we cover:

Week 1: How GLP-1s actually work, what they can and can't do, and why nutrition is the determining factor in your results

Week 2: How to fuel with protein to protect your muscle and support your metabolism — even when you're not hungry

Week 3: How to stabilize blood sugar in a menopausal body — and why what you eat either reinforces your GLP-1 or works against it

Week 4: What your daily eating actually looks like — real meals, eating out, staying consistent in real life without being rigid

Week 5: How to use food to address the most common GLP-1 side effects — nausea, fatigue, constipation, plateaus. Most of these are nutrition problems, not medication problems.

Week 6: Pulling all four pillars together into your personal GLP-1 nutrition plan — yours to keep

Who This Is For

This program is for you if:

  • You're on a GLP-1 and not confident you're eating in a way that supports it

  • You're frustrated your results aren't what you expected

  • You're in perimenopause or menopause and your body isn't responding the way you thought it would

  • You're tired of generic healthy eating advice that wasn't built for your midlife body

  • You want a clear, specific plan — not more information to sort through on your own

  • You're done guessing

Who This Is Not For

This program is specifically for women in perimenopause or menopause who are currently on a GLP-1. The entire curriculum is built around supporting a body that's on this medication. If that's not you, this isn't the right fit.

If you're considering a GLP-1 but haven't started yet — reach out. We'll figure out what makes the most sense for your situation.

Why I Built This

I started a GLP-1 in January 2026. I had been doing everything right for months — strength training, dialed-in nutrition, BHRT. And I was losing maybe 0.7 pounds a month.

I was frustrated in a way that felt deeply personal. Because I'm the person who's supposed to know what to do.

When I added the GLP-1 with the nutritional foundation already in place, my blood glucose dropped within a week. Six pounds in three weeks.

Not because I pushed harder. Because I finally gave my body what it actually needed.

The FUEL Method is what I wish I'd had from day one. And it's what I built this program around.

Most women on GLP-1s are not getting this information. They're getting generic advice that wasn't designed for a perimenopausal body. They're getting partial results and wondering what they're doing wrong.

You're not doing anything wrong. You just haven't had the right plan yet.
